UK Orders
Most UK orders are expected to arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will also be provided.
Delays
Sekai is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sekai cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Investigations may need to be completed with the courier before a replacement or refund can be considered.
