Refund policy

At Sekai, each piece is carefully selected and handled with intention. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

To request a return, please contact us at sekai.curated@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals, please note:

- Minor variations in colour, shape, and texture are not considered defects
- Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
